Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

General Purpose Aid for Local Schools 0308
Initiative: Allocates funds from revenues received from the State's share of income from the Oxford Casino as part of the additional funding needed to achieve the statutory commitment for the State to fund 55% of the total cost of kindergarten to grade 12 public education as calculated by the essential programs and services funding model.
