Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides funds for the difference between the fiscal year 2007-08 county jail debt costs and the amount projected for fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15.
