Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides funding for the Lobster Promotion Council to increase its work to promote and market Maine lobsters in state, regional, national and international markets.
