Resolve, To Expand Economic Development in the Town of Orrington by Releasing Certain Riverfront Land from State-imposed Environmental Restrictions

Sec. 1. Former HoltraChem site; release of development restrictions. Resolved: That the Department of Environmental Protection shall release all department-imposed development restrictions on any portion of the former HoltraChem Manufacturing Company site in the Town of Orrington that borders the Penobscot River and is owned by the Town of Orrington and not targeted for cleanup and remediation under the Commissioner of Environmental Protection's compliance order dated November 24, 2008 as modified by the Board of Environmental Protection's order dated August 19, 2010.
