Sec. 1. Secretary of State to include questions on text messaging for Class C driver's license examination. Resolved: That the Secretary of State shall include questions concerning the provisions of the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 29-A, section 2119 regarding text messaging while operating a motor vehicle on the written examination required for a Class C driver's license under Title 29-A, section 1301, subsection 4.
