‘Sec. 2. Reimbursement. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Commissioner of Education shall establish procedures to reimburse local school administrative units for 90% of the cost of purchasing and installing carbon monoxide detectors in educational facilities pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 25, section 2468, subsection 2-A.
Sec. 3. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
