Amend the amendment on page 2 by striking out all of lines 4 and 5.
Amend the amendment on page 2 in §2592 in subsection 3 by striking out all of paragraph B (page 2, lines 29 to 32 in amendment) and inserting the following:
SUMMARY
This amendment removes the exemption in Committee Amendment "C" for food products derived from highly refined ingredients where the effect of the purification process is to remove DNA or novel protein.
