An Act To Define "Brand" under the Liquor Laws
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §2, sub-§4-A is enacted to read:
4-A. Brand. "Brand" means the common name used to identify a manufacturer's line or family of liquor products comprising individual labels.
