Amend the bill in section 2 in §318-A in the indented paragraph in the first line (page 1, line 21 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " A person may not engage in lobbying if that person has within the previous 5 years" and inserting the following: ' Beginning January 1, 2015, a person may not engage in activities that require registration as a lobbyist or lobbyist associate as defined by section 312-A, subsections 10 and 10-A if that person has within the previous 12 months'

Amend the bill by striking out all of section 3.

Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
