Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Establish as a Public Record the Performance Evaluations of a Town Manager or Municipal Department Head’
Amend the bill in section 1 in paragraph B in subparagraph (4) in the last line (page 1, line 12 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "and" and inserting the following: ' and'
Amend the bill in section 1 in paragraph B by inserting after subparagraph (5) the following:
(6) Performance evaluations except written performance evaluations for a town manager or a municipal department head; and
SUMMARY
This amendment provides that a written performance evaluation for a town manager or municipal department head is not confidential.
