Amend the resolution in the first resolved paragraph in the 3rd and 4th lines by striking out the following: "fair level of compensation that is comparable to the compensation that was previously provided to the Passamaquoddy Tribe and Penobscot Nation" and inserting the following: 'equal share of the remaining balance held in trust for the benefit of the Passamaquoddy Tribe and the Penobscot Nation pursuant to United States Public Law 96-420'
