Amend the bill in section 1 in paragraph D in the last 2 lines (page 1, lines 5 and 6 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " been convicted of a felony drug offense" and inserting the following: ' a disqualifying drug conviction'
Amend the bill in section 3 by striking out all of subsection 17-A and inserting the following:
Amend the bill by adding after section 5 the following:
‘Sec. 6. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides funds for technology costs for implementation.

SUMMARY
