Amend the bill in section 12 in paragraph A in the last line (page 4, line 22 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " $4,500,000" the following: ' per fiscal year adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index as reported by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics'
