Sec. NNNNN-1. 22 MRSA §3174-VV,  as reallocated by RR 2011, c. 2, §27, is repealed.

Sec. NNNNN-2. 22 MRSA §3174-WW  is enacted to read:

§ 3174-WW.  Termination of coverage or reimbursement for addiction

The MaineCare program may not provide reimbursement for methadone for the treatment of addiction to opiates as defined in Title 17-A, section 1101, subsection 7.

Sec. NNNNN-3. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
