Amend the amendment by inserting after Part C the following:

‘Sec. D-1. 33 MRSA §589-C, sub-§1, as corrected by RR 1993, c. 1, §102, is amended to read:
Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
SUMMARY
This amendment adds a section that changes a reference to a chapter to a reference to a subchapter to correct an apparent clerical error.
