An Act To Amend the Definition of "Public Way" To Include Streets and Highways Owned by Quasi-municipal Corporations or Districts
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §101, sub-§59, as enacted by PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 and affected by Pt. B, §5, is amended to read:
59. Public way. "Public way" means a way, owned and maintained by the State, a county or , a municipality or a quasi-municipal corporation or district, as defined in Title 30-A, section 2351, subsection 4, over which the general public has a right to pass.
