Resolve, To Require the Emergency Services Communication Bureau To Expand the Existing Quality Assurance System

Sec. 1. Emergency Services Communication Bureau to expand the existing quality assurance system. Resolved: That the Public Utilities Commission, Emergency Services Communication Bureau shall expand its quality assurance system to encompass fire and police call processing and dispatching, expand its emergency medical dispatch structured protocol system to include equivalent fire and police protocols and authorize the expenditure of necessary 9-1-1 funding.
