Resolve, To Improve Access to Oral Health Care for MaineCare Recipients

Sec. 1. Rules. Resolved: That, by December 31, 2013, the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend its rules to increase MaineCare dental reimbursement rates to the 10th percentile for the following 20 preventive, diagnostic and restorative dental procedures: D0120, D0140, D0150, D0220, D0272, D0330, D1110, D1120, D1203, D2140, D2150, D2160, D2330, D2331, D2332, D2391, D2392, D2393, D7140 and D7210.
