Resolve, Directing the Department of Health and Human Services To Provide an Exception to the 60-day Limit on Out-of-state Services under the MaineCare Section 21 Waiver Program
Sec. 1. Exceptions limited. Resolved: That the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend the MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 21 to provide that if all parties agree, an exception to the 60-day limit on out-of-state services must be granted.
