This amendment repeals a provision relating to service of process on nonresidents in the laws governing the Board of Counseling Professionals Licensure and repeals a cross-reference to informal conferences in the statutes of the Board of Licensure of Podiatric Medicine, in order to conform those statutes to the repeal in Public Law 2011, chapter 286 of all other references to informal conferences in the laws governing the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
The amendment adds an appropriations and allocations section to the bill.
