Amend the bill by adding after section 2 the following:

‘Sec. 3. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF (FORMERLY DHS)

General Assistance - Reimbursement to Cities and Towns 0130

Initiative: Deappropriates funds as a result of eliminating municipal general assistance eligibility for individuals who have reached the 60-month lifetime limit for benefits under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program or have had benefits fully terminated for noncompliance with the requirements of the program.
