Amend the amendment by inserting after the last indented paragraph the following:

Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 2-A in the 4th line (page 1, line 7 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "5" and inserting the following: ' 5 6'

Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 2-A in the 5th line (page 1, line 8 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "4" and inserting the following: ' 4 5'

Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 2-A in the 6th line (page 1, line 9 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "3" and inserting the following: ' 3 4'

Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 2-A in the 8th line (page 1, line 11 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "one agency liquor store" and inserting the following: ' one 2 agency liquor store stores'

This amendment reduces from 10 to 9 the authorized number of agency liquor stores in a municipality with a population over 50,000.

This amendment increases by one the number of agency liquor stores that may be licensed in municipalities with populations of less than 20,001 but more than 10,000, less than 10,001 but more than 5,000, less than 5,001 but at least 2,000, and less than 2,000.
