Amend the amendment in section 13 in paragraph D in the 4th and 5th lines (page 2, lines 6 and 7 in amendment) by striking out the following: "all fund-raising activities are carried on by persons who are unpaid for their services" and inserting the following: ' all fund-raising activities are carried on by persons who are unpaid for their services the charitable organizations do not contract with professional solicitors or professional fund-raising counsel'
