Resolve, Directing the Department of Health and Human Services To Amend the MaineCare Benefits Manual

Sec. 1. Psychiatric unit discharge rate. Resolved: That the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend its rule Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section 45.03 to pay a distinct psychiatric unit discharge rate equal to $9,128.31 per psychiatric discharge for patients under 18 years of age from hospitals in the Lewiston-Auburn area. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
