Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes one-time General Fund appropriations of $70,050 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $92,400 in fiscal year 2014-15 to the Child Development Services System (CDS) for the costs associated with hiring 3 Office Operations Manager Assistants to manually collect certain data from individual records located at the 9 CDS locations throughout the State.  CDS is currently in the process of building a new data system and anticipates this data to be available on that new system in approximately 18 months.  At that time, the positions will no longer be needed.
	Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Serivces are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgetted resources.
