This legislation
provides that state resources pay for 50% of the actual total cost of a
municipally significant disaster in the event such disaster is declared by
the Governor. Any funding for such a
disaster would be contingent upon budgetary action by the Legislature. No estimate can be made at this time
regarding the amount of State assistance required for future disasters. |
