This bill
eliminates the super pack license (fee of $200) and replaces it with a
comprehensive license with a fee of $35 resident and $125 nonresident. These changes would result in an estimated
loss of General Fund revenue of $1,640,157 in fiscal year 2013-14 and
$2,186,876 annually beginning in fiscal year 2014-15. |
