	This legislation eliminates the nondriver identification card fee for a person who has served in the United States Armed Forces for a period of 180 days after discharge or release and extends the elimination of the driver's license fee for these members from 30 to 180 days after discharge or release.  These provisions would reduce Highway Fund revenues by minor amounts not requiring any change to the budget.
