|
The Office of
Professional and Occupational Regulation within the Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation will require Other Special Revenue
Funds deallocations of $4,174 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $5,485 in fiscal
year 2014-15 to reflect the per diem and other related savings associated
with repealing the Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessels and the Board of
Elevator and Tramway Safety effective October 1, 2013. |

Additional costs
to the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation to assume the
duties and responsibilities for administering and overseeing the licensing
and inspection of boilers, pressure vessels, elevators and tramways can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
