By creating a
Primary Care Access Credit for 5 certified primary care professionals
practicing in underserved areas, General Fund revenue is reduced by $22,230
in fiscal year 2014-15 and Municipal Revenue Sharing decreases by $1,170 in
fiscal year 2014-15. The bill includes a transfer of $23,000 in fiscal year
2014-15 from the Medical Use of Marijuana Fund Other Special Revenue Funds
account to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund. |

Any additional
costs to the Department of Health and Human Services are expected to be minor
and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
