Fiscal Detail
and Notes |

|
Increasing the
compensation for a career and technical education region cooperative board
member by up to $10 for each meeting the member attends will increase the
total State and local cost of K-12 public education and the State's share of
that cost. The cost to local school
administrative units, estimated to be $4,800 per year, will begin in the
2013-14 school year. These costs will
be included in the subsidy calculation for Career and Technical Education in
fiscal year 2015-16 with the State's share estimated to be $4,800 * 55% or
$2,640 based on current law. |
