The bill's changes
to the fees and fee structure funding the Maine Medical Marijuana Program, in
particular the cap on the balance in the Medical Use of Marijuana Fund of
$400,000, are expected to result in a decrease in fee revenue for the
program. The magnitude and timing of
the reduction in fee revenue cannot be determined at this time. |
