Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
	Increases Class D crimes and civil violations. The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Additional costs to the Department of Marine Resources associated with establishing a license suspension process for noncompliance with reporting requirements can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.  General Fund revenues may be increased by minor amounts not requiring any change to the budget from collection of administrative fees to remove the license suspension.
