This legislation
proposes to change the threshold of disability at which a resident disabled
veteran receives complimentary hunting, fishing and trapping licenses from
100% or 70% if the veteran served in a combat zone during an armed conflict
to 50% or more for all resident disabled veterans. This change would result in a reduction in
General Fund revenue of $25,610 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $34,146 beginning
in fiscal year 2014-15. |
