This bill
establishes the Carbon Monoxide Detectors for Schools account within the
Department of Education and provides a one-time General Fund appropriation of
$100,602 in fiscal year 2013-14 to the account for the purpose of paying 90%
of the total cost to local school administrative units to purchase and
install carbon monoxide detectors in school buildings. This fiscal note is based on the following: |
