for the costs of restoring income eligibility levels for the Low-cost Drugs
to Maine's Elderly program and for the Medicare savings program to levels in
place prior to the enactment of PL 2011, chapter 657. The fiscal impact is consistent with a
reversal of the savings assumptions/initiatives included in PL 2011, chapter
657. |
