Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Directing the Department of Environmental Protection to approve and make a public benefit determination on a change in the type or volume of waste accepted by a solid waste disposal facility will require a General Fund appropriation of $141,127 in FY 2013-14 and $150,111 in FY 2014-15 and an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $1,386 in both FY 2013-14 and FY 2014-15 for two Environmental Specialist III positions and related administrative costs.
