|
The Department of
Corrections will require Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $10,313
in fiscal year 2013-14 and $13,750 in fiscal year 2014-15 for the estimated
increase in revenue from charging a fee to probationers for an out-of-state
travel application. This will be used
to defray the costs of the applications and to extradite probationers. The Department of Corrections may also
experience future savings from the provision of the bill that provides for an
early termination of the period of probation in certain circumstances. |
