This bill provides
Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $10,313 in fiscal year 2013-14 and
$13,750 in fiscal year 2014-15 for the Department of Corrections. These amounts represent the estimated
increase in revenue from charging a fee to probationers for an out-of-state
travel application and will be used to defray the costs of the applications
and to extradite probationers. |
