This legislation
would allow a complimentary fishing license to be issued to any resident 16
or 17 years of age who is in the custody of the Department of Health and
Human Services. The Department of
Inland Fisheries and Wildlife estimates the amount of complimentary licenses
would be minimal resulting in a minor decrease in General Fund revenue not
requiring any change to the budget. |
