Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment, which lowers the upper limit for the cost-of-living-adjustments from 4% to 3% that are used to calculate the Judicial Department's Personal Services costs in the Biennial Budget requests, will reduce future Personal Services baseline budget appropriations by $94,895 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $196,433 in fiscal year 2016-17.
