	This amendment lapses $10,374 in fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15 from the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Carrying Balances - General Fund account to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to offset the loss in revenue from changes made to moose hunting permit fees.  The revenue loss is not offset in future years.
