This legislation
would require municipal registrars to make available to an elected office
holder information concerning voters.
This requirement would require a one-time Federal Expenditures Fund
allocation to the Department of Secretary of State of $3,200 in fiscal year
2013-14 for programming changes to the Central Voter Registration System to
create the required report. It is
estimated that 40 hours of programming would be required at a rate of $80 per hour. The department will use existing Help
America Vote Act funding for this programming. |
