This amendment
reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $193,609 in fiscal year 2013-14
and $121,330 in fiscal year 2014-15.
It includes a General Fund appropriation of $90,000 in fiscal year
2014-15 for the Judicial Department for one Family Process Specialist
position and one part-time Administrative Assistant position and related
costs to provide oversight of Guardians Ad Litem. |
