The consumer
education program related to the implementation of competition in the retail
electricity markets and the impact on consumers has ended. This bill transfers the remaining balance
of $747.96 in the Public Utilities Commission Consumer Education Fund to the
Office of Public Advocate and allocates that amount for consumer education
related to the electricity industry. |
