Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
This bill would
reduce spending by eliminating municipal general assistance eligibility for
individuals who have reached the 60-month lifetime limit for benefits under
the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program or have had benefits
fully terminated for noncompliance with the requirements of the program. The Governor's 2014-2015 Biennial Budget
(LD 1509) includes similar initiatives. |
