Includes a
deappropriation of $255,642 in 2013-14 and $287,598 in 2014-15 in the General
Assistance-Reimbursement to Cities and Towns program as a result of
eliminating municipal general assistance eligibility for individuals who have
reached the 60-month lifetime limit for benefits under the Temporary
Assistance for Needy Families program or have had benefits fully terminated
for noncompliance with the requirements of the program. The Governor's 2014-2015 Biennial Budget
(LD 1509) includes similar initiatives. |
