This bill
includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $135,000 per year
beginning in fiscal year 2013-14 to the University of Maine Cooperative
Extension program to develop and implement pest management programs utilizing
annual grant funds received from the Board of Pesticides Control. |

Other Special
Revenue Funds to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry
will increase by $110,000 beginning in fiscal year 2013-14 from increasing
the pesticides registration fee by $10.
The department will transfer $135,000 annually beginning in fiscal
year 2013-14 to the University of Maine Cooperative Extension for integrated
pest management grants. Adequate
funding exists to fully fund the grants. |
