This legislation
increases ATV registration fees by $5 and dedicates the increase to the ATV
Recreational Management Fund within the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry. This fee
increase will increase Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the department
by $310,000 beginning in fiscal year 2013-14. |
