|
This legislation
repeals Resolve 2011, c. 147, which required the Department of Transportation
to oversee and facilitate an independent study of the feasibility of a
privately-funded, privately-operated and publicly-accessible east-west
highway. It would create Highway Fund
and Federal Expenditures Fund savings since the department will no longer be
using the $300,000 of planning studies funding it has on hand to complete
this study. |
